• “Giving meaning to food also means honoring its origins.” 

    It all began in 1996 during my final internship at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). 

  • As an operational coordinator for the Africa Connect seminar in South Africa, I became aware of the importance of sustainable, locally rooted economic development. 

    This conviction was strengthened during my experience at APEX CI. 

LADOU – A project born from a vision that has been taking shape since 2009.

Created in 2019, LADOU was rooted in a vision first conceived in 2009: 

To reveal to the world the benefits of a traditional, natural, nourishing food: Attiéké. 

With Attiéké by LADOU, we offer more than a product:

  • A bridge between tradition and food innovation 

An International Ambition.

  • In 2019, participation in a European economic mission to Dubai (organized by BECI) marked a turning point. 

    This led to refining LADOU’s positioning and initiating an international strategy. 

  • “Today, I want to introduce Attiéké to the world, just as Rebecca Wood introduced quinoa in 1989.”
